Why should you care what I do?

Photography is not magic. Though being in the darkroom at times can be “magical”. It is not mysterious, enchanting, spiritual, supernatural, conjuring, or sorcery. Though the process can be transforming to the practitioner. It’s practice can be enlightening. I can show you something I saw, and had feelings about. Hopefully you will feel or know how I felt. I can share that. I cannot change you. You cannot change me. We can meet for a moment and exchange glances.

Maybe, hopefully, stop and have a conversation.

  1. Keith, it seems to this shooter down here in Philly that you are getting overloaded with bulldinky crappy. That’s what it’s called down here as we don’t have the finesse NYC shooters have. Why care about that tho’?
I think it might be time for you and I to have a cup of coffee and a well…whatever either in NY or in Philly. Till then, don’t think, don’t sink or don’t swim. Just make photos.

You know how to get in touch with me if need be or even if need not be.
I’m watching what yer doing….I’m probably caring too….

  2. I am having conversations in my head Don, because there is no one else, human, humane, to have a conversation with about this “stuff”.

Coffee sounds like a plan. Might be hard for me to get away for a day with a 5 year old though…..but sooner rather then later.
