This breaks my heart, Keith. I imagine her smiling as we sit down to enjoy a cannoli and coffee, but I hope she has so much more than that.
She looks so tired, so worn, so exhausted, as if the weight of problems presses her down. If only life was easier for all of us. That is why we must do what we can when we can to help others.
