I have no idea what she’s looking at. But this reminds me of my one and only visit to NYC in 1977 and my constant cranking of my head upward. A prairie girl is used to only horizontal, not vertical.
She is looking at “The Vessel”.
I don’t know what “The Vessel” is, but clearly she’s intrigued by it.
