This man is out there everyday. There are “items” on the table, but I have no idea what he sells. They look like pills, or some “legal drug”, etc.. Usually he is under a tent with a couple of other men. They constantly smoke pot, drink, and listen to music. This was a particularly cold day and he was sheltering from the wind. Tough way to make a living.
