New Website

This website is for “commercial” work – events, documentary, editorial. I need to keep moving forward and make some income from what I do. The job market, though I keep trying, has netted me zilch these days. I’ve had a couple of offers and then silence. No response from those whose offers I accepted. Either second thoughts or some life event preventing them from going forward. All I know is I hate stasis. I dislike having communication suddenly turned. At least give me a reason. Let me know what is happening. I am an adult. I won’t be offended.

This is a work in progress. I thought I would highlight some of the event work that I’ve done over the years, important projects, and my books. I want to keep it tight and succinct.

Anyway, let me know what you think. Criticisms, thoughts welcomed.

Thanks!

  1. I am at a loss, Keith. As someone who just takes photos, as opposed to you who captures images–what are people looking for? There is such diversity in your work here. I would think your portfolio shows you can capture anything–indoors, outdoors, color, B&W, people, events. I don’t get it. Hopefully, Adam can provide something more helpful.

  2. You might consider an About page. A Bio, history, etc. The hardest part to write also. If you find it hard to write about yourself and how ‘wonderful’ you are ask your wife and after you can smooth it to the way you are comfortable with.

  3. This is truly a great visual summary of the photography you do. How you capture emotions, moments, place…in strong visual storytelling. Hopefully this will lead to interest from potential employers.
