    1. There are shelters and churches nearby. I would pass a scene like this 2-3 times a day, as I used to work down the street. Anyway, there are homeless everywhere. Some want help, others do not.

      1. That is so true. Some want help, some don’t. I am seeing homeless individuals more and more in my community. In the library. Riding their bikes. Living in tents along the river. Sleeping inside the bandshell. The city plans to construct housing to help meet the need. I’m hopeful resources will be available to offer more than shelter.
