This looks like it should be a cover on a horror book. Maybe I’m thinking this because I recently finished reading a collection of short horror stories by Minnesota author Benjamin Percy. I’ve never read horror, but was prompted to do so since learning this top horror writer lives in Northfield only 15 minutes away. He’s a gifted writer and I actually “enjoyed” his short horror stories, if one can “enjoy” horror.

I haven’t read any horror, but there was a book of short stories by Alfred Hitchcock that I enjoyed when I was in grade school.
