I’m trying to figure out that “police take notice” message. But, of course, given my lack of knowledge about NYC, don’t have a clue. As often happens, your images make me wonder about the story here.
I don’t know about the sign. I was intrigued as well. This is an area where vendors hang out to sell bus tickets and tickets to enter tourists sites like the Empire State Building.
